- Patient care and supervision to make sure the residents follow and when required assist them with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) tasks, which include grooming, hygiene, meals, establishing a sleep routine, attending sessions, completing tasks appointed, and exercise.
- Assisit the Doctors, Counsellors, and other Treatment Team members in required areas
- Proactively manage crisis situations and ad hoc emergencies in the ward itself
- Monitor, evaluate and submit regular reports of the client to the treatment team, supervisors
- Documentation from the admission process to the discharge process; regularly updating patient records and data by policies and procedures; and ensuring patient confidentiality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
