**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, serving as the

initial point of contact for inquiries and information.
- Build rapport with leads to understand their requirements and objectives.

**Sales Reporting and Analytics**:

- Generate and analyze sales reports and data related to new business

development efforts.
- Provide insights and recommendations for refining sales strategies and

targeting approaches.

**Proposal and Contract Management**:

- Assist in preparing and managing proposals, contracts, and pricing

agreements for new clients.
- Ensure that all documentation is accurate, compliant, and aligned with

company policies.

**Sales Meetings and Presentations**:

- Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential

clients.
- Prepare sales materials and documentation for presentations.

**Follow-Up and Closing**:

- Follow up with leads and prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate the closing of new business

deals.

**CRM Software Management**:

- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads,

opportunities, and client interactions.
- Maintain organized records of all new business development activities.

**Sales Targets and Goals**:

- Contribute to achieving sales targets and goals for new business acquisition.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for

expanding the client portfolio.

**Market Expansion Strategies**:

- Assist in the development and execution of market expansion strategies,

including targeting specific industries, regions, or customer segments.

**Desired Experience / Skill** **Set**
- 1-5 year of experience in sales coordination, lead generation, or a related

role, with exposure to the **packaging industry or a similar field.**
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in sales and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in sales documentation.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹10,258.77 - ₹28,802.74 per month

Day range:

- Weekend only

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
