**Role Overview**

We are seeking a proactive **Sales Setter** to manage and convert inbound and outbound chat leads into **booked calls** for our **closer team**.
You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients — initiating conversations, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the closers to finalize deals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Start meaningful conversations, understand client needs, and qualify potential leads.
- Collect essential details (name, business type, service interest, budget, etc.).
- Schedule **sales calls** for the **closer team** using CRM (GoHighLevel).
- Follow up with cold or pending leads to re-engage them.
- Maintain daily lead tracking and ensure timely data entry in CRM.
- Coordinate closely with the closer team to ensure smooth handoffs and updates.
- Hit daily and weekly targets for chats handled and calls booked.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Prior experience in **chat sales, lead generation, or customer engagement** preferred.
- Comfortable with night shift (12 AM - 9 AM IST).
- Strong attention to detail and quick response skills.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems (GoHighLevel experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
