The Safety Officer is responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations to create a safe working environment within the factory. This role involves conducting inspections, enforcing safety policies, providing training, and mitigating risks to protect workers and company assets.
- 5+ years of experience as a safety officer or in a similar role, preferably in a factory setting.
- Ensure adherence to local, national, and industry-specific safety standards and regulations.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in safety laws and recommend updates to company policies.
- Perform routine safety inspections of factory operations, equipment, and facilities.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for factory staff and management.
- Conduct workshops on personal protective equipment (PPE), fire safety, and first aid.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
