**Designation - Executive Finance

**Working Days - 5.5 days - Work from Office**

Key responsibilities and deliverables of the role include:

- Manage end-to-end APSP process from Finance perspective and ensure all controls are effectively working
- Control Budget vs actual spends and ensure set authority matrix is followed
- Ensure timely invoice processing and non-violation of contract payment terms
- Quarterly Books vs MIS reconciliation for APSP
- Closely co-ordinate with Brand managers to understand the spends to ensure accurate provision
- Design and implementation of APSP tool to automate budgeting and invoice processing
- Support the team in publishing quarterly Competition results and maintaining data repository
- Support the team in monthly and quarterly closing tasks under strict deadlines
- Controlling and monitoring closely, movements in Product Cost / procurement cost & informing stakeholders the impact thereon.
- Closely tracking Accounts receivable / stocks / Freight and other expense heads of the business.
- MBA Finance, M.Com or equivalent post-graduation
- 3-4 years’ work experience in the areas of Finance, Controllership or audit
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Power BI & SAP
- Good communication skills, outspoken and should have the ability to deliver quality output under pressure/ deadlines
