Good Written English Communication
- **Document preparation**: Preparing export documents, such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping bills
- **Recordkeeping**: Maintaining records to support timely billing
- **Compliance**: Ensuring compliance and KYC documents are organized and centralized
- **Communication**: Working with client coordinators and communicating with logistic agencies
- **Shipping**: Planning shipping procedures and tracking consignments to their destinations
- **Reporting**: Preparing daily reports on shipments and delivery schedules
- **Coordination**: Coordinating with suppliers, shipping agents, and project management teams
- **Customer service**: Informing customers of tracking numbers, sending samples, and taking customer feedback
- **Banks**: Liaising with banks for negotiating documents
