For an upcoming beauty and personal care e-commerce startup, we are searching for an Intern creative content creator to execute social media activities, supporting our company’s overall media strategy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring social media and company website metrics.
- Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives.
- Responsible for owning the day-to-day execution of company's social media platforms. Participate in planning and strategizing for inbound marketing campaign execution including content, content schedule, platforms and measurements
- Develop benchmarks and goals for each campaign and ensure they are reached
- Generate new ideas and opportunities to ensure company's success
- Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers.

**Requirements**:

- Previous solid experience with digital and social media tools: Instagram, Facebook business.
- Previous solid content creation experiences
- Interest in the E-Commerce industry

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 6 months experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of Public Relations, social media marketing, influencer marketing, branding, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of eCommerce.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

- Lucknow, Lucknow - 226010, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
