
Travel Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**
- Attending online Web queries for international/Domestic Tours.
- Sending Proposals for Package Tours & Hotel Bookings, Preparing Itineraries for Domestic & International Holiday packages.
- Converting Genuine Leads in to business
- Sales Acumen Must for Achieving Goals
- Plan and sell tour Packages, transportation, accommodations and other travel services.
- Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodations.
- Diagnose the clients specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services.
- Organised travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation etc.
- Supply travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday material (guides, maps, event programs etc).
- Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
- Attend conferences to maintain familiarity with tourism trends.
- Create and update electronic records of clients.
- Maintain relationships with key persons.
- Follow up and coordinate with clients for payments and feedback.
- Reach the revenue and profit targets.
**Requirements**:
- Proven working experience as a travel consultant.
- Proficiency in English & Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Exemplary sales skills and customer oriented approach
- Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual etc)
- Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
- Demonstrable ability to handle crises.
- Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field will be added advantage.
- Prime responsibility shall be sale of inbound, Outbound & domestic Holiday/Tour Package.
- Must be able to handle online Inbound,Outbound & domestic inquiries independently.
- Take requirement from Customer and maintain records
- Good command over English & Hindi language ( written & verbal)
- Computer Knowledge ( MS Office - Word, excel)
- Ability to ensure highest levels of customer service in every transaction.
- Willing & able to handle different roles in company - I.e - Sales, Operations, Post Sales, customer Service.
- Flexible with time and able to work in pressure.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
