A hospital night supervisor is primarily responsible for overseeing all hospital operations during the night shift, including patient care, staff management, security checks, responding to emergencies, maintaining communication with other departments, and ensuring the overall safety and smooth functioning of the facility throughout the night.
- **Patient care**: Ensure that patient care is delivered as per standards and object
- **Problem solving**: Identify and solve problems and ensure continuity of care
- **Patient interactions**: Interact with patients and their attendants and address their issues
- **Discharge summaries**: Ensure that discharge summaries for patients being discharged the next day are ready 5

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
