**Key Responsibilities:Billing and Admission/Discharge Responsibilities**:

- Perform accurate billing entries for all inpatients and outpatients during the night shift.
- Handle patient admissions and generate necessary admission documents.
- Process patient discharges, coordinate with clinical and housekeeping teams, and ensure bill clearance.
- Update and maintain patient records in the hospital billing software.
- Handle billing-related queries from patients or attendants during night hours.

**Night MOD (Manager on Duty) Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and oversee hospital operations during the night shift.
- Perform routine checks across all hospital floors and departments to ensure smooth functioning.
- Act as the point of contact for any escalations or incidents during the night.
- Coordinate with nursing staff, security personnel, and housekeeping for timely interventions.

**Night Reporting and Surveillance**:

- Maintain and submit daily reports detailing:

- Number and duty status of **nurses, guards, and housekeeping staff** per floor.
- Any **unauthorized activity or suspicious behavior** observed during the shift.
- Summary of patient admissions, discharges, and billing updates.
- Report immediately to senior management in case of any emergency or policy violation.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Proven experience in hospital billing or healthcare administration (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Familiarity with hospital billing software and patient management systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts and handle emergency situations.
- Basic knowledge of hospital protocols and staff roles.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
