**Job Title: QA Automation Engineer (80% Automation, 20% Manual Testing)**

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the automation testing efforts while also contributing to manual testing when required. You will work closely with the development and product teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, robust software products.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Automation Testing (80%)**

Develop, enhance, and maintain robust automation test suites for web, mobile, and API testing using [Preferred Automation Tools, e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress, TestNG].

Design, implement, and execute automated test cases for new features and regression suites.

Integrate automation tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.

Monitor and analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.

Optimise existing test frameworks for scalability and maintainability.

**Manual Testing (20%)**

Perform exploratory, functional, and regression testing for complex scenarios that require human judgement.

Document and prioritise defects, ensuring clear communication with the development team.

Assist in creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, and testing documentation.

Collaboration & Process Improvement

Actively participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and retrospectives.

Provide test effort estimation and suggest improvements to testing processes and workflows.

Mentor junior QA team members in automation practices and testing strategies.

**Requirements**:
4+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation.

Proficiency in automation tools like Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or similar frameworks.

Solid programming skills in [Preferred Language, e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript].

Experience testing APIs using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).

Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Familiarity with bug-tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.

Pay: Up to ₹1,400,000.00 per year
