**Department**: Food and Beverage
**Reports To**: Restaurant Manager / Head Chef

**Responsibilities**:

- **Cleaning**: Sanitize dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and work areas.
- **Maintenance**: Keep kitchen and dining areas clean and orderly.
- **Inventory**: Track supplies and assist with inventory management.
- **Support**: Help kitchen staff with basic food preparation and ensure equipment is available and clean.
- **Waste Management**: Dispose of waste properly and maintain garbage disposal areas.
- **Safety**: Follow safety protocols and health regulations.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborate with the food and beverage team and attend meetings and training.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous hospitality experience is a plus.
- **Skills**: Attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Physical**: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
