**Qualified Chartered Accountant **with a minimum of 8+ years of experience

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- CA with analytical skill and quick learning capabilities.

** Accounting Function**:

- Bank Receipt and Payments - Treasury Management including Preparation of Weekly Cash flow
- Preparation of MIS, monthly review with investors
- Revenue Recognition and GST Compliance including returns, E-Way Bill,
- Expense Accounting for Vendor Invoices, Happay Account
- Monitoring of PO, Vendor payments, Compliance
- Weekly AP and AR reporting
- Inventory Accounting including WIP, Consumption and valuation of Inventory
- Quarterly Reconciliation of Builders, Vendors and Supplier - statement of accounts
- Monthly preparation of Payroll and timely disbursement of salaries, statutory compliance - PF, ESI Manage compliances as required under Company law, Income Tax, RBI requirements relating FCGPR and Foreign investment declarations, FEMA rules ,etc
- Insurance - Insurance of properties, stocks, employee medical insurance, regular declarations, amendments and endorsements in policies.

** Financial Function**:

- Preparation of Business Plan in Consultation with Management
- Monitor and control the Revenue and Expenses as per AOP Project Costing, Cost Centre Accounting and Budget Variance Analysis.
- Prepare Internal Finance Control (IFC) system to monitor compliance as per accounting policy.
- Coordination with Banks for loans, LC, BG, WC - pre and post documentation compliance Regular coordination with credit rating agency
- Provides inputs to management in evaluating various business decisions with detailed analysis

** Auditing Function**:
Finalization of books of accounts and Coordination for Annual Audit and Tax Audit - Preparation of Schedule III, 3CD and Income Tax Computation

**Salary**: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
