**Key Responsibilities**:
1.
- Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP)
- Lead external audits and liaise with auditors, ensuring timely completion and resolution of issues
- Manage tax compliance, including direct and indirect taxes, in collaboration with tax consultants

- Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on business performance
- Support senior management with financial models, reports, and recommendations for strategic decisions

- Monitor and manage cash flows, working capital, and liquidity
- Optimize financing arrangements, banking relationships, and treasury operations

4.
- Design, implement, and maintain strong internal controls and financial policies
- Identify process gaps and lead improvement and automation initiatives
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies

5.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and commercial teams
- Communicate financial insights and risks effectively to leadership and stakeholders

**Qualifications**:

- CA / ACCA / CPA / CMA qualified with Bachelors in Finance/Accounting.
- Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience in financial controlling, accounting, or financial management
- Experience in the power, energy, oil & gas, or related sectors is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting, financial management, and reporting standards
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or similar) and advanced Excel

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹1,999,999.00 per year
