**Job Title: Financial Controller**

**Reports To: Managing Director**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the preparation of financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and internal controls.
- Supervise accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue improvements.
- Assist in cash flow management and financial planning.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Implement financial policies, procedures, and automation tools for efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
- **Certifications**: CPA, CMA, or ACCA (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Experience**: 2 to 4 years in financial management, accounting, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
