**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform routine office work such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and organizing patient records.
- Enter and update patient data in hospital software systems.
- Draft and type letters, discharge summaries, and other documents as instructed
- Assist with managing appointment schedules and maintaining patient flow
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff for smooth daily operations
- Operate office equipment including computers, printers, and scanners
- Maintain inventory of office and medical stationery as needed
- Provide support at the front desk or reception when required
- Ensure confidentiality and security of patient information and records

**Required Qualifications and Skills**
- Minimum: 10,+2 or Diploma in Computer Applications; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and hospital software (training can be provided)
- Good communication skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and professionalism
- Willingness to work in a hospital environment and adapt to shift timings if needed
- Freshers with the right attitude and learning mindset are encouraged to apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
