**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services, explain offerings, and persuade them to make a purchase or take a specific action.
- **Customer Engagement**: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and providing accurate information about products/services.
- **Follow-Up**: Follow up on leads, previous calls, and customer inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience and close sales.
- **Data Management**: Accurately record customer interactions and update the CRM system with relevant details.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and relay it to the appropriate teams for improvement in services/products.
- **Meeting Targets**: Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets as set by the management.
- **Handling Queries**: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information promptly.
- **Collaborate with Team**: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align on goals and strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in any discipline is preferred.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service is desirable.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in [Language(s)]
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle rejection
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software
- **Personality Traits**:

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good listening skills and patience
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- **Additional**: Flexibility to work in shifts if required.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
