**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Responsible for maintaining healthy supply/demand in the city at all times- Working on various supply/demand processes and contributing to process improvement- Maintain healthy relationship with partners/customers- Ensure partner/customer queries are resolved real time- Provide regular feedback from partners/customers related to the service and experience- Provide regular feedback pertaining to the competitors in the market- English and local language proficiency- Positive and professional demeanour - Go getter attitude essential- Sales Skills: Strong persuasive skills using information at hand and logical arguments, Strong negotiating skills, Ability to seal the deal- Strong network in logistics/related industry preferred- Inquisitiveness to understand the problem/assignment and obtain necessary learning before setting on to work- Highly performance driven and smart
