**Job Opening: E-commerce Specialist**

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic E-commerce Specialist to join our

marketplaces, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a

passion for customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:
1.Manage order processing, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of

customer orders.

2.Monitor pricing data and conduct competitive analysis to optimize

product pricing strategies.

3.Create and optimize product listings across various platforms,

ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, specifications,

and images.

4.Ensure the quality and accuracy of product images, checking for

consistency, resolution, and presentation.

5.Handle e-commerce accounts, managing inventory levels, monitoring

sales performance, and resolving any account-related issues.6. Stay updated on new categories and trends, conducting market research

and identifying new opportunities for product expansion.

7. Update and optimize listings on new e-commerce platforms, expanding

our presence and reaching new audiences.

8. Possess knowledge of delivery booking systems and processes to

coordinate smooth product shipments for customers.

**Requirements**:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field. Masters

would be an added advantage.

2.Proven experience in e-commerce with expertise in order processing,

pricing strategies, product listing management, and accounts handling.

3.Proficiency in utilizing e-commerce platforms, databases, and tools

such as Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, etc.

4.Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure accurate and

consistent product information across various platforms.

5.Familiarity with new categories of products and the ability to conduct

effective market research.

6.Proficient in using various e-commerce platforms and actively staying

updated on emerging technologies and best practices.

7.Knowledge of delivery booking systems and processes to ensure

smooth order fulfillment.

8.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
