**SJob Description: BIM Architect (2-5 Years Experience with Offshoring Projects)**

**Position: BIM Architect**

**Experience: 2-5 Years**

**Location: Sector 132, Noida**

**Employment Type: Full-Time**

**Salary**: 30k-60k

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. BIM Management**:

- Lead the development and implementation of BIM processes for offshoring and domestic projects.
- Manage and coordinate BIM models across various disciplines (architecture, structure, MEP).
- Ensure adherence to BIM standards, guidelines, and protocols.

**2. Project Coordination**:

- Collaborate with both national and international clients, as well as offshore teams, to ensure project requirements are met.
- Facilitate interdisciplinary coordination to resolve design conflicts and optimize project delivery.
- Conduct regular BIM coordination meetings and ensure all stakeholders are aligned.

**3. Model Development**:

- Develop detailed BIM models for various phases of the project, including concept, design development, and construction documentation.
- Oversee the integration of architectural, structural, and MEP systems within the BIM environment.

**4. Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct quality checks on BIM models to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks related to design and construction through BIM analysis.

**5. Training and Support**:

- Provide training and support to junior team members and other project stakeholders on BIM tools and workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and practices to ensure continuous improvement.

**6. Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain comprehensive BIM documentation, including LOD specifications, clash detection reports, and as-built models.
- Ensure proper documentation of design changes and project milestones.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of professional experience in BIM management, with a focus on offshoring projects.
- Willingness to work on both national and international projects in Architecture and BIM.
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of international building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-cultural environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience in leading and mentoring junior team members is a plus.
- Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is an advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
