**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in BIM modeling.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit & AutoCAD for structural modeling and drafting.
- Familiarity with Navisworks, Rhino, Grasshopper, and Dynamo is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Knowledge of construction detailing and documentation is highly desirable**.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop BIM models of structural systems based on architectural and engineering inputs.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams for accurate BIM execution.
- Implement clash detection and resolution workflows.
- Generate construction documentation, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings.
- Maintain BIM standards and templates within the organization.
- Prepare visualization and presentation models to support project discussions.
- Assist in the integration of computational design and automation tools.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
