The **Corporate and TPA Billing Executive** is responsible for managing corporate and third-party administrator (TPA) billing processes, ensuring accurate claim submissions, and coordinating financial transactions. This role involves handling cashless treatments, verifying insurance approvals, processing corporate bills, and liaising with companies and insurance providers for smooth payment settlements.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Corporate & TPA Billing Management**:
- Process and manage corporate and TPA bills with accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify insurance approvals, pre-authorizations, and treatment cost coverage.
- Ensure timely submission of claims and follow up on pending approvals.
- Handle cashless hospitalization billing and ensure proper documentation.
**Insurance & Company Coordination**:
- Communicate with insurance companies and TPAs for claim approvals and settlements.
- Coordinate with corporate clients for bulk billing and invoicing.
- Ensure compliance with insurance policies and corporate agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of approvals, claims, and outstanding payments.
**Patient & Client Assistance**:
- Guide patients and their families through corporate and TPA billing processes.
- Explain claim procedures, required documents, and payment policies.
- Address and resolve billing discrepancies and patient concerns professionally.
**Team Collaboration & Compliance**:
- Work closely with the finance, front office, and medical teams for seamless billing operations.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, financial regulations, and insurance guidelines.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on insurance policies and billing software.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Medical Billing, Hospital Administration, or Insurance Management is a plus.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in hospital billing, insurance processing, or TPA coordination.
- Proficiency in hospital management systems and billing software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with patients, insurance providers, and corporate clients.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
