**Min 2 Years of experience in relevant area (TPA & Ayushman Bharat & Counselling the patient)**:

- Serve as a liaison between clients, Insurance companies / TPA
- Co-ordinate to get files cleared with TPA / Insurance companies and get authorization letter
- Co-ordinate with patients, and hospital to get the query resolved and process files further
- Follow up for files which is yet to be settled for payment by Insurance companies to the Hospital.
- Maintain and update daily tracker of cases administered under TPA bucket
- Assist in billing for TPA-related cases
- Able to counsel patient to make him aware about treatment protocols and expenses related to it.
- Able to handle patient while he/ she is admitted in hospital, provide solution to any grievances if faced by patients.
- **Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or graduate degree
- Strong background & understanding of insurance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in working in any hospital
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
- Should possess a Positive, caring & helping attitude.
- Some states may have mandatory licensing requirements.
