**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Generate leads and convert them into potential customers.
- Identify and assess customer needs, providing solutions and fulfilling their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, healthy relationships with customers.
- Handle customer complaints, offer appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Make new clients/distributors of PCD Pharma across India.
- Report market trends and customer feedback to management.
- MIN. 6 months of experience in PCD Pharma Tele-Marketing.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proven ability to generate business and manage client relationships.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in PCD Pharma or Pharma Manufacturing, is essential.
