Key Responsibilities:

  • Call potential and existing clients.
  • Handle inquiries and share product details.
  • Generate leads and turn them into loyal clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and distributors.
  • Help onboard new PCD Pharma distributors across India.
  • Resolve customer issues with timely follow-ups.
  • Share client feedback and market trends with the team.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, preferably in the PCD Pharma or Pharma Manufacturing sector.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Confidence and a persuasive attitude to convert leads into sales.
  • Basic knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
