Job Summary:
The Tele Caller will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers to promote and sell our range of Ayurvedic hemp-based products. The role requires excellent communication skills, a good understanding of our products, and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Outreach**: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our Ayurvedic hemp-based products and services.
- **Product Promotion**: Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our products, focusing on the unique aspects of Ayurvedic hemp.
- **Sales Conversion**: Persuade customers to purchase products, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Customer Service**: Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding product use, benefits, and pricing.
- **Follow-up**: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction, address any issues, and encourage repeat business.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and transactions in the company's CRM system.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a tele caller or in a similar sales/customer service role, preferably in the Ayurvedic or wellness industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
