**Position: Social Media Manager**

**Location: Sahibabad**

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Content Creator who will be responsible for producing and publishing various types of digital content. In this position, you will be expected to collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with the company’s goals. You will also be responsible for creating engaging and informative content, including blog posts, social media posts, and videos. If you have a passion for storytelling and a strong understanding of digital media, we encourage you to apply.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Create and publish engaging content for various digital platforms including social media, blogs, and websites

2. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with business goals

3. Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure content is relevant and effective

4. Produce high-quality multimedia content including images, videos, and infographics

5. Manage and maintain content calendars to ensure timely delivery of content

6. Monitor and analyse the performance of content and adjust strategies as needed

7. Collaborate with other departments such as design and product development to ensure content is aligned with brand standards and product offerings

8. Stay up-to-date with digital media technologies and trends and incorporate them into content strategies and tactics

9. Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors such as photographers, videographers, and writers

10. Ensure all content is optimized for search engines and meets accessibility standards

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven work experience as a Digital Content Creator or similar role
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Experience with content management systems (CMS)
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar software
- Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Content writing: 2 years (required)
