Our client is an established Realty Business Group Founded in 1986, headquartered in Mumbai, focuses on affordable redevelopment apartments and land projects.

Within real estate business verticals, they also focus on land acquisitions projects, townships and large scale housing projects whereas, they are experts in redevelopment of housing and commercial projects. They have built various projects from high rises to individual bungalows in and around Mumbai and has quickly acquired a reputation of being a reliable, trusted and a professional business player who delivers on time.

They ensures that all the transactions and interactions are transparent thus enabling to nurture long term relationship with the customers, partners and all the stakeholders.

Job Title: Guest Relation Executive - Real Estate - Thane

Job Responsibility:
1. Maintain cordial relations with customers.
2.regular after sales follow up and handle customer grievances, complaints and claims.
3. Ensuring all details of guests are taken on guest information form.
4. Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
5.To look after arrangements of Club house items.
6. To ensure that proper hospitality service is given to the clients/visitors.
7.To ensure that the sitting arrangement in overall office premises i.e., meeting room, conference room etc. are maintained in proper order.
8.Handling the couriers. i.e., receiving & making the courier entries & delivering it to the right person.
9.Coordinate with Site Engineer, Plumbers and Electricians for resolving customer complaint
10. Should work closely with sales team and provide any support required.11. Should be able to handle admin activities for the Sales office including petty cash, maintaining stock etc.
