**Position Summary**:
**Essential Functions**:

- Administering EAI and SAP BTP cloud solutions that are sustainable in the long term and SOX compliant
- Streamline the deployment process
- Identify and fine tune performance bottlenecks
- Configure SAP BTP Cloud solutions
- Configure BizTalk, SSIS solutions (desirable)
- Coordinate with multiple teams to triage issues
- Work with DIS Ops Lead to coordinate software upgrades as necessary
- Effectively communicate issues and challenges to DIS Ops Lead and Project Manager
- Oversee completeness of monitoring process jointly with DIS Ops Lead
- Receives turnover from Developers and work with DIS Development Manager on deployments and troubleshooting
- Deployments to QA, Prod, and DR
- Coordinate deployment activities with DIS Customer base
- Liaison w/ DIS Development team during QA/UAT
- Follow deployment checklist
- Work to automate the QA to production turnover process
- Configuration and administration of BizTalk Notification Services site on iPortal
- Configuration and administration of BizTalk Application Support Portal site on iPortal
- Coordination with Developers for issues requiring in depth code debugging
- Experience with configuring SAP BTP artifacts
- Experience with Postman and Splunk
- Provide post-production ongoing support and monitoring
- Keep all the support documentation up to date
- Ensures job schedules are accurately executing and meeting expectations
- Ensures proper turnover to the DIS Ops team

**Challenges faced**:

- Automate deployment process whenever possible
- Ensure deployment checklist is followed diligently to minimize deployment related issues
- Aggressively growing number of interfaces
- Maintain environment uptime by monitoring exceptions and resolving issues
- Large number of data sources and data formats
- Comfortable interfacing with senior level executives
- DIS team may not be entirely New York based
- Fast paced environment
- Heterogeneous and distributed systems landscape

**Measurable Impact on the Organization**:
This position has a primary impact on:

- the successful implementation and maintenance of the DIS integration services
- the successful implementation and maintenance of SAP BTP as part of BizTalk/SSIS migration

**Contacts**:
This position reports directly to DIS Ops Manager and may interface with all levels of employees across the company.

**Education and Experience Required**:
This position requires degree in Computer Sciences with over 5 years related experience. MS is desirable.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
