We are looking for a skilled Middleware Administrator with 8 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MuleSoft Any Point, API Management, and other middleware technologies.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Architect, build, and scale middle-tier infrastructure and applications.
  • Set up and support highly available middleware infrastructure.
  • Implement deployment strategies, Mule Clustering, and Load Balancing.
  • Configure API Manager including API policies.
  • Perform runtime tuning of JVM, GC, and MuleSoft runtimes.
  • Enable customer resources through development shadowing.
  • Collaborate with Architects, Developers, Project Managers, and other engineers to implement middleware solutions and support business requirements.
  • Contribute to key technical directions and strategic decision discussions for Middleware solutions.
  • Utilize best practices and provide recommendations to improve application and system performance.
  • Provide BAU support including incident and change management, and on-call support.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or equivalent knowledge acquired by work experience and training.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with Middleware Technologies, including Mule ESB Middleware administration.
  • Strong proficiency in Linux.
  • Experience troubleshooting and managing Runtime Servers.
  • Experience troubleshooting and performance tuning of ESB/middleware components.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, IT governance, and operations knowledge of software and application dependencies.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
