Job Description:
Ideate and execute a weekly content plan for The Hollywood Reporter India’s social media platforms Assist in planning and execution of annual events Create and execute IPs for the social media platforms from both editorial and monetizable perspectives Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.Manage and oversee social media content creation, including text, image, and video content.Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitive analysis.Analyse social media performance and create reports for management showing results.Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure brand consistency.Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in social media.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience working in the digital media industryExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Has an interest in pop culture and key knowledge from the Indian movie industries (Bollywood, Tollywood and more)Can come up with creative ideas that can be executed efficientlyBasic knowledge of video/photo editing, and Canva Should be comfortable with being in front of a camera and conducting video interviews An existing network of celebrity PRs to be able to build the brand relationship with the stars Analysing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build a community onlineSolid understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media analytics tools.
