**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and produce high-quality visuals for digital and print media, including social media graphics, brochures, banners, logos, presentations, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
- Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Take feedback constructively and incorporate changes to improve designs.
- Assist in developing creative strategies for new product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand initiatives.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Familiarity with web design tools and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Slack.
