The person will take on the responsibility for all Finance & Accounting work at the office.

Additionally manage the procurement part as well.

**Responsibilities**:

- Account all the donations and expenses for the NGO
- Manage all accounting & finance tasks including end-to-end Books of Accounts, bank reconciliation, receipts, vouchers, petty cash, reimbursements, and data entry into Zoho Books.
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, issue receipts for donations, manage statutory payments, and assist in monthly statement of accounts.
- Coordinate with banks, vendors and third party consultants.
- Coordinate with auditors for year-end auditing, statutory filings, donor reporting and
- Utilisation certificates. Ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, TDS, PT, FCRA, etc.
- Handle office debit cards, prepaid cards and t
- Track their expenses and bills.
- Handle employee compensation, benefits, reimbursements, and exit formalities.
- Manage the procurement team and handle procurements for big events
- Manage 5 member team and monitor them daily.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in finance, accounting, and administration.
- Graduate in B.Com or equivalent accounting degree.
- Hands-on experience in Quickbooks/Tally/Zoho Books and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of statutory payments, donor reporting, and trust/society accounting is advantages.

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resourceful, responsible, and self-starting with the ability to manage data efficiently.
- Good English proficiency, computer skills, and knowledge of Zoho Books or Tally are desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year
