- Basis L1/L1.5- Hands on experience in operations Support for S4H, BW, BPC, GRC, SAP Gateway/Fiori, SAP cloud solutions (like Ariba) OpenText,
- Responsible for system administration and support of technical architecture.
- Very Good experience in system performance management
- Understanding on the Fiori working concepts
- Experience in TMS, Job management.
- Should own and troubleshoot/analyze to resolve critical technical problems
- Knowledge in SPS/FPS, Kernel, Release updates, migrations.
- Very good understanding in system interconnectivity (SAP to SAP, SAP to non-SAP)
- Maintain documentation on system configurations, maintenance processes and schedules
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements within SAP Systems Infrastructure and Architecture.
- Should have good understanding on DB concept and working knowledge on HANA(Must)
- Should work on troubleshooting of SSL, SSO and user/functional/project team issues
- Own and execute activities required to maintain SAP system integrity and maximize uptime.
- Ability to perform Admin activities, system copy and system installation, upgrade activities, troubleshoot/analyze and resolve technical problems
- Participate in providing 24x7 support on rotational basis to ensure operations of these critical systems for different customers
