Daily rounds of the outpatient department to ensure the readiness of the consultation rooms, cleanliness of the department and resource availability
- OPD scheduling of the consultant’s rooms
- To liase between the patient and clinical team & Administration.
- Interaction with the patients to address issues, if any
- Ensure that there is no delays in the appointment schedule. In case of any delays same to be communicated to the patient.
- OP feedback collection
- Reports to be prepared as directed by the HOD
- Accounts reconciliation to be done on a weekly basis
- Ambulance coordination for the patient transfer in and transfer out
- Inventory management in OP
- Consultant Name boards to be available before the consultation starts
- Aiding in smooth functioning of the OPD.
- To be able to explain the rates and tariffs of the hospital to patients.
- To perform any other task as given by the management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Counselling Experience in Health Care: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English Kannada (required)
