**Job Summary**:
The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining jewellery-related records in the company’s systems. The role requires strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy to ensure smooth operations in inventory, billing, and customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update jewellery product details (designs, weights, purity, prices, etc.) into the company database/software.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of gold, silver, diamonds, and other gemstones.
- Generate invoices, quotations, and billing details for sales and repairs.
- Record customer orders, repair job details, and delivery updates.
- Cross-check data for accuracy and correct errors when necessary.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly stock and sales reports.
- Support accounts and sales teams with required data.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and company information.
- Ensure data entry tasks are completed within timelines.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
