**Job Title**: Stamping Press Quality Executive
**Location**: Nandur, Uruli Kanchan

**Job Summary**:
The Stamping Press Quality Executive is responsible for overseeing quality control and assurance activities in the stamping press production process. This role involves monitoring product quality, conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and identifying process improvements to enhance product reliability and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Assurance and Control**:

- Perform inspections of stamped parts to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and work instructions for stamping processes.
- **Root Cause Analysis**:

- Investigate quality issues and non-conformities, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain records of quality issues and track resolutions to ensure continuous improvement.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Collaborate with production teams to optimize stamping press parameters to improve quality and reduce defects.
- Monitor machine performance to identify potential issues and recommend improvements.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of quality checks, test results, and production data.
- Prepare quality reports and present findings to management for decision-making.
- **Compliance and Standards**:

- Ensure adherence to relevant quality standards such as ISO 9001, TS16949, or customer-specific standards.
- Support internal and external audits and address any quality-related findings.
- **Training and Support**:

- Train operators and technicians on quality standards and procedures.
- Act as a quality liaison between customers and internal teams for quality-related concerns.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3-4 years of experience in quality control in a stamping press or metal forming industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of stamping press operations and quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, MSA).
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and understanding GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Hands-on experience with measuring instruments like micrometers, calipers, CMM, etc.
- Familiarity with quality standards like ISO/TS.

**Key Competencies**:

- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean methodologies is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
