Experience: 8 to 11 years Skills: BIW,Stamping Simulation,Autoform,Catia. Education qualification: Bachelor's degree in engineering either from Mechanical or Production Engineering Background Job Description: • Ensures Simulation of the Stamping parts & Press Tool as per Cad data of the new products • Surfacing/ modeling skills in CATIA V5 • Part and process feasibility assessment using simulation software (Auto form). • Manufacturing feasibility check using press parts simulation software. • Feedback based on reviews and coordination with R & D and technical development department • Design Change & review the Product data along with R & D , Tool Maker, Press Parts Supplier . • Press tool data validation (Surface quality, measurement , Spring Back & Thinning) • Preparation of the method plans along Tool Maker & Press Planning team. • Development of control plans for sustenance of stamping process. • Knowledge of the Press tools, Dies & method plan. Desired Profile: • Bachelor's degree in engineering either from Mechanical or Production Engineering Background with 08 years of professional experience in Stamping Parts & Press Tool Simulation activities. • Press Process & Presstools simulation, manufacturing feasibility, simulation report preparation, Product Design changes, process optimization etc. • Knowledge of Press tool design & simulation software’s, fixture standards. Digital manufacturing, Innovation technology. • Hands on experience on Auto form simulation software. • Collaboration & Leadership, Flexibility & Adherence to Procedures, Self-Organizing, Time Management, Economical Efficient Thinking • Dealing with European & Asian tool makers & suppliers will be added advantage.
