**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**

**Education**:
B.E./M.E. Chemical

**Relevant Experience**:

- Process Engineering, Process Development
- BEP preparation, equipment designing, scaleup engineering
- Lab Experimentation

**Knowledge**

**Behavioural Skills**

Knowledge of Scaleup

1. Innovative solutions for cost reduction

2. Identify/ Discover ways to increase plant efficiency/yield/recovery

3. Lab experimentation. Data analysis

4. Cost benefit Analysis of project

Mass & Energy Balance

1. Mass and Energy balance

2. Gap analysis for the potential. Idea generation/plan for bridging the gap

Troubleshooting/Engineering Assistant

1. Providing engineering assistant to plant

2. Technical solution/reasoning

3. Establishment of the plant/process efficiency/capacity

4. Hands on Microsoft office

Communication and Presentation

1. Technical presentation

2. Communication with the team members/ stake holders

3. Technical meeting and discussion with vendors/consultants
