**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Handle GST, TDS, and Professional Tax filings and ensure timely compliance.
- Prepare and maintain books of accounts in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Assist in payroll processing and related compliance activities.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date.
- Maintain vendor and client payment records and ensure smooth financial transactions.
- Support in preparing MIS reports and financial summaries for management review.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting and compliance management.
- Strong knowledge of GST, FIRMS, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT, FDI and other statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally) and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
