SRG PRODUCTION is a leading wedding photography company based in Noida, specializing in wedding, pre-wedding, candid photography, cinematic videography, albums, and reels. We are dedicated to creating timeless memories for our clients and are looking for a skilled and motivated Telecaller to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from leads provided via platforms like Justdial, Instagram, and ads.
- Answer incoming calls, resolve queries, and provide information about our photography packages and services.
- Follow up with clients who have shown interest and nurture them until booking confirmation.
- Maintain a daily call log and update CRM/Google Sheets with lead status.
- Understand customer requirements, provide quotations, and schedule in-person or virtual consultations.
- Meet monthly targets for lead conversion and bookings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and response strategies.
- Represent SRG PRODUCTION professionally and build long-term client relationships.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience as a telecaller, telesales executive, or in a similar role (experience in wedding services is a plus).
- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of photography packages or willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or Google Sheets for lead tracking.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive while working towards targets.
- Graduation or 12th pass with good communication skills.

**Salary & Perks**:

- **Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹18,000/month (based on experience and performance).
- **Incentives**: Attractive commission on successful conversions.
- **Work Location**: Noida (On-site).
- **Work Schedule**: 6 days/week, 10 AM - 7 PM.
