**Telecaller Job Description**

We are looking for an experienced and hardworking telecaller to join our sales team. Your main goal is to boost our sales by reaching out to the existing customers as well as potential customers.

You are required to understand the customer’s requirements and demands and close the sales deal efficiently.

To be successful as a telecaller, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone and should be able to convince even the toughest of individuals to purchase our offerings.

In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the customer and follow up with them on a regular basis and maintain healthy relations with them.

You are also responsible for solving questions regarding the product or service provided by the company.

As a telecaller executive, we are expecting you to be an excellent communicator along with convincing abilities. Great report writing skills, amazing negotiation skills, and phenomenal telephone etiquette are essential for this position.

**Telecaller duties and Responsibilities**:

- Track and document calls and sales.
- Learn details about our product and service offerings.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need.
- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Calling active or old customers to encourage the purchase of services.
- Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
- Maintaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details, customer information, and customer database.
- Making recordings of all the successful and unsuccessful attempts sales phone calls and sales deals.

**Salary**: ₹8,200.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
