Any Graduate with 1-2 years of experience and logical sense of understanding requirement
- Should be able to write SQL queries, create functions, procedures, able to make joins and create triggers
- Normal Hindi/English Communication
- Shifting duty 3 PM - 12 AM 9 hours (Duty hours can be switched to normal working hours), incentive if worked on holidays i.e., 2nd and 4th Saturday and Sunday
- Shifts can be interchange with others helpdesk members
- Daily operational jobs
- To trouble shoot queries - through backend and frontend (in web portal)
- Write SQL queries on requirement basis and execute already developed queries
- Create auto shoot mailers, welcome mails, SMS (after inhouse training)
- Understand user queries and able to resolve
- Create / update / enable/ disable triggers

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
