**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**: Develop original graphics, illustrations, and layouts for marketing materials, social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
- **Research and Trends**: Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software to continuously improve skills and bring fresh ideas to the team.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards.
- **File Preparation**: Prepare and export files for various formats (print, web, social media) and ensure they are ready for production or publishing.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 of experience in graphic design or a related field.
- **Portfolio**: Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles.
- **Software Proficiency**: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Lightroom) and other design tools.

**Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to accept constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
