**Job Title**: Accounts Executive

**Qualification**: Graduation

**Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- **General Ledger**: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
- **Accounts Payable & Receivable**: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, payments, collections, and reconciliations.
- **Budgeting**: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, analyzing financial data to support business planning and decision-making.
- **Tax Compliance**: Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
- **Audit Support**: Coordinate and support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- **Expense Management**: Monitor and manage company expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- **Financial Analysis**: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management on financial performance, trends, and variances.
- **Payroll Processing**: Manage payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining accurate and secure financial records.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
