Qualification:
**Engineering/Diploma in Civil**

**Job Description**:

- Discuss and Coordinate amongst various stakeholders at worksite to ensure work alignment.
- Inspecting on construction drawing plan and analyzing to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
- Enforce all safety regulations on site to ensure works are performed safely.
- Inspect construction works to ensure compliance with requirements and regulations.
- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors to ensure that work is performed safely and on time.
- Inspect materials that are delivered on site to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Procure construction materials at the right time to ensure work is not hampered by materials shortage.
- Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
- Submit Daily report to management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience working as a site supervisor.
- First aid certifications.
- Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
- Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- The ability to interpret drawings.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
