**Interior Site Engineer/Supervisor**
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise all interior design works, ensuring that they are done properly and on time.
- Ensure compliance with quality procedures and standards.
- Develop project plans and schedules, and ensure timely completion of all works.
- Coordinate with workers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and report regularly to senior management.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to on all projects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Designing, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of interior design processes and procedures.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of cutting lists and other related procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Keen eye for detail and a passion for design.
