Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
- Actively engage with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and institutional clients to understand their investment needs and preferences.
- Conduct thorough research on financial markets, investment opportunities, and economic trends to generate insightful ideas and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to enhance client retention and facilitate business growth.
- Coordinate with institutional clients and provide them with timely updates, reports, and analysis to support their investment decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests and deliver exceptional service.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for empanelment with institutional clients and HNIs to expand our client base.
- Meet sales targets and objectives by effectively pitching research insights and investment ideas to clients.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to showcase our research capabilities and investment opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars, and maintain client relations during such events.
- Demonstrate excellent presentation skills and professionalism while representing the company in various forums.
- Stay updated with industry developments, regulatory changes, and market trends to provide informed advice and recommendations to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback for reporting and analysis purposes.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, financial analysis, or relationship management roles within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with high-profile clients.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Certification such as NISM Series-V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification or NISM-Series-X-A: Investment Adviser (Level 1) would be an advantage.
- Willingness to attend industry events and represent the company, with good presentation skills.
