- Build rapport quickly through warm, personalized communication **(Must know English, Kannada, Hindi also knowing Telugu will value added).**:

- Actively listen and probe customers to diagnose issues accurately.
- Use positive tone and phrasing even when delivering bad news or denying requests.
- Meet urgent service issues promptly to build trust and loyalty.
- Follow-up on escalated problems until satisfactory resolution.
- Suggest process improvements to management to avoid repeat issues.
- Handle grievances with empathy, patience and cultural sensitivity.
- Maintain secure customer data records in CRM portals diligently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
