Key Areas of Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage AR collections of approx. 112M per annum billing.- Provide guidance to AR team members to optimize their performance.- Understand and review of AR collection processes and implement accordingly.- Enforce controls, management policies and procedures pertaining to AR.- Work with all stakeholders / business units, Customers to ensure high service quality and efficiency.- Identify and communicate potential issues/risk and escalate to senior management for immediate remedial action.- Ensure resolution on escalated issues.
